This simple yet elegant hot pot uses the premium brand of Chinese cabbage, Yubijin (presented by Matsushima Brothers).To bring out the natural flavors of the ingredients, we use only minimal seasoning, consisting of dashi (broth) and sake, for your enjoyment.Enjoy it with high-quality pork belly for pure bliss! This year, we're also offering yuzu ponzu sauce and our special sesame sauce.
