This is a summer version of the seafood beach grill course that was very popular in the spring.This summer's new menu features the best of the ingredients, including oysters from Miyagi Prefecture, angel shrimp, scallops from Hokkaido, overnight dried squid, crab miso, and blue whelk, which are indispensable for seafood BBQs, as well as grilled vegetables, non-smoked sausages, jerk chicken, and other meat dishes!
